TRICARE Assistance Reporting Tool Launched

The Department of Defense is proposing a secure web-based Assistance Reporting Tool (ART) that captures feedback and authorizations related to TRICARE benefits. ART will be used by Military Health System customer service staff and by Defense Health Agency–Great Lakes to record medical authorization determinations and claims assistance for remotely located service members, line-of-duty care, and transitional care for service-related conditions. You can submit comments on this collection through March 11, 2025.
