Gambling device registration required

If you participate in the interstate commerce of gambling devices, you must register under the Gambling Devices Act of 1962 (15 U.S.C. 1171-1178) using the DOJ form (OMB No. 1123-0010). The DOJ estimates 7,800 respondents will file the form annually, each taking about 5 minutes, for a total estimated annual burden of 650 hours. The agency is seeking renewal of this collection for up to three years and is accepting comments through February 12, 2025.
