Broadcasters' two-year equipment records

If you are a licensee of an AM, FM, or TV station, 47 CFR 73.1590(d) requires you to make audio and video equipment performance measurements for each main transmitter and keep those measurements and a description of the equipment and procedures on file at the transmitter or remote control point for two years.
