BIE-Eligible Families' Funding Options Review
Within 90 days of January 29, 2025, the Secretary of the Interior must review mechanisms for families of students eligible to attend Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools to use their Federal funding for educational options of their choice, and submit a plan to implement such options for the 2025-26 school year while reporting on current BIE school performance.
