Amended instrument procedures take effect

The rule amends Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs), Takeoff Minimums, and Obstacle Departure Procedures (ODPs) and makes them effective February 18, 2025. Individual procedures in the amendment take effect at 0901 UTC on the dates specified in the amendatory provisions.

Specific RNAV (GPS) RWY 29 amendment at Leonardtown

All SIAPs, Takeoff Minimums, and ODPs are available online free of charge from the National Flight Data Center (register at nfdc.faa.gov). Individual copies also may be obtained from the FAA Air Traffic Organization Service Area that covers the affected airport.

FAA certifies minimal small-entity economic impact

The FAA determined this amendment is not a 'significant regulatory action' and certifies it will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities under the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
