Solar firms self-certify as EWGs
On February 12, 2025, BHS Solar, Flat Fork Solar, and Bronson Solar each filed Notices of Self-Certification of Exempt Wholesale Generator status. Interested parties may file comments by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 5, 2025 for those filings.
Interconnection and rate filings with set effective dates
The notice includes several 205(d) and tariff filings with stated effective dates—examples include a MISO filing for the Duke-IN Solar 2nd Rev GIA effective February 10, 2025, and multiple interconnection or tariff filings with effective dates in April 2025. Comments are generally due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 5, 2025.
