Assets of Listed Russian-Linked Persons Blocked
On May 1, 2024, the Department of State placed one or more named persons on the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. All property and interests in property of those persons that are under U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
