If you are a U.S. ocean carrier with total reportable revenues or total reportable expenses of $500,000 or more in the previous year, or expect $500,000 or more in the current year, you must complete the BE-30 survey each quarter. BEA will contact required reporters individually; reports are due 30 days after the end of each quarter and may be filed via BEA's electronic system, mail, or fax.
