The Treasury added one or more persons to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these named persons are blocked, effective immediately.

U.S. Persons Prohibited From Transactions

If you are a U.S. person, you are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with anyone added to OFAC's SDN List. That prohibition takes effect immediately and means you must not do business with those listed persons or handle their blocked property.
