New Limo Safety Data Collection
If you run a limousine company, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) plans a new information collection to research limousine crashworthiness and will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval. A 60-day public comment period began on October 7, 2024; one supportive comment was received and NHTSA says there will be no extra costs or delays expected for limo companies or safety researchers.
