Hoyne conversion to stock form
Hoyne Savings, MHC has applied to convert from mutual to stock form. As part of the conversion, Hoyne Savings Bank will become a wholly owned subsidiary of a newly formed Delaware corporation, Hoyne Bancorp, Inc., which has applied to become a savings and loan holding company under section 10(e) of the Home Owners' Loan Act.
