IEX Launches Dedicated Options Facility

Upon effectiveness of applicable rule filings, IEX Options will operate as a market members can use for continuous matching and execution of options orders.

IEX Options, as a Facility of the Exchange, would be subject to the Exchange's "fair access" obligations, meaning qualified broker-dealers that meet financial responsibility and other applicable requirements may become IEX Members and thereby enable investors to trade on the facility.
