Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.

Fiber Market-Data Connectivity Ended

The Exchange will terminate certain fiber optic-delivered market data connectivity offerings effective September 30, 2026. The Exchange says these offerings are subscribed to by fewer than three customers, that affected customers were given 90 days' notice, and that the same feeds are available from third-party vendors.

Wireless Multicast Feeds Removed

The Exchange removed multicast market data feeds delivered via wireless networks (microwave or millimeter wave) that were terminated effective August 31, 2025. The rule change also deletes the associated installation fees, monthly fees, and volume-discount language tied to those wireless subscriptions.

Proximity-On-Demand Offering Discontinued

The Exchange will not proceed with the previously proposed Proximity-On-Demand (POD) managed colocation offering that was described in SR-ISE-2024-24. The Exchange states POD was never launched, no fees were filed, and demand did not materialize.
