Primary Facility Cross-Connect Fee

Disaster Recovery and Test Cross-Connect Fee
If your firm connects to LTSE's Disaster Recovery or Test Environment, the Exchange will charge $2,750 per 10Gb physical cross-connect each month starting August 21, 2025. Logical Connectivity (Port) Monthly Fee and Waiver
LTSE will charge $450 per month for each logical connectivity session (port) starting August 21, 2025, but will waive the fee for the first three sessions per market participant each month. Fees are assessed for any month a Member or non-Member is credentialed to use LTSE APIs in the Primary, Disaster Recovery, or Test Environment, based on active products at the close of business on the first day of the month; if a product is canceled before that assessment it will not be charged.
