Starting October 1, 2025, 24X National Exchange will charge each active Member a $200 Monthly Membership Fee assessed at the close of business on the first business day of every month.

The Monthly Membership Fee is assessed to Members who are 'active' at the close of business on the first business day of each month (e.g., October 1, 2025 for October).
No Other Membership-Related Fees Contemplated

No Proration of Monthly Fee
The Monthly Membership Fee will not be prorated; Members assessed the fee for a month pay the full $200 regardless of when during that month they became active.
Exemption While Voluntary Termination Is Pending
If a Member has a voluntary termination of rights pending under Exchange Rule 2.8 and does not use the Exchange's facilities while that termination is pending, the Member will not be obligated to pay the Monthly Membership Fee.
