Pilots and airports must follow the new procedures effective October 29, 2025, and some listed procedures become effective at 0901 UTC on November 27, 2025.

Free Online Access to Procedures

All SIAPs, Takeoff Minimums, and ODPs are available online free of charge from the FAA National Flight Data Center (nfdc.faa.gov) with registration. Copies may also be obtained from the FAA Air Traffic Organization Service Area or the Aeronautical Information Services office in Oklahoma City.

No Significant Small-Entity Economic Impact

The FAA determined this amendment is not a "significant regulatory action" under Executive Order 12866, does not warrant a regulatory evaluation, and will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. The agency certified the anticipated impact is minimal under the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
