The Secretary will establish clear policies for ownership, licensing, trade-secret protections, and commercialization of intellectual property developed under the Mission, including innovations from AI-directed experiments.
Data-Access, Cybersecurity, and Vetting Rules
The Mission will require uniform and stringent data access, data-management, and cybersecurity processes for non-Federal collaborators, and will establish procedures for vetting and authorizing users who seek access to Platform resources and datasets.
