Grazing Permit Paperwork Renewal
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is renewing its information collection for 25 CFR part 166 grazing permits (OMB Control Number 1076-0157) and asks for public comments by January 22, 2026. The renewal keeps current forms and requirements in place for Tribes, Tribal organizations, individual Indians, and non-Indian individuals and associations; there are an estimated 7,810 annual respondents, 7,810 responses, and 2,701 total annual burden hours, with each response taking about 20 minutes to one hour on average and no annual nonhour costs.

The Wyandotte Nation and the State of Kansas now have an official gaming agreement that lets the tribe run class III gaming, including sports betting, starting July 14, 2026.
