Who You Can File Discrimination Complaints With
If you are an applicant or employee of a Federal contractor or subcontractor, you may file discrimination complaints with the OFCCP under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). You may no longer file complaints with OFCCP pursuant to Executive Order 11246 after President Trump revoked it by Executive Order 14173 on January 21, 2025.

The OFCCP has revised its complaint and pre-complaint inquiry forms so the questions align with Executive Order 14173 and the current law. These updated forms reflect the removal of items related to E.O. 11246 and were submitted to OMB for Paperwork Reduction Act approval under OMB Control Number 1250-0002.
