Grantees: Reporting Forms Reduced
If you are a grantee of a Bureau of Health Workforce program, HRSA will change the performance reporting forms used by about 1,968 reporting grantees. HRSA will remove four complex interrelated forms and 50 questions, consolidate four individual-characteristic questions into two, amend four training and employment questions, and add a five-question project closeout summary to simplify reporting and reduce burden.
Estimated Annual Time Burden for Grantees
HRSA estimates the total annualized burden for this collection is 5,656.9 hours across about 1,968 grantees. Per-form estimates are: Direct Financial Support Program — 602 respondents × 2.7 hours = 1,625.4 hours; Infrastructure Program — 159 respondents × 4.1 hours = 651.9 hours; Multipurpose/Hybrid Program — 1,207 respondents × 2.8 hours = 3,379.6 hours.
