Providers may charge a reasonable fee that shall not exceed the cost of locating and copying the documents or may let the owner review and copy the records (and may require a deposit); noncompliance is mandatory-subject to forfeitures. The collection covers 200 respondents, 1,200 responses, an estimated 1 hour per response, total annual burden 1,200 hours and total annual cost $5,000; comments are requested by March 23, 2026.
