DoD Reproductive Health Survey

The Department of Defense will conduct a voluntary survey of about 4,800 service members across the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Space Force to learn about family planning and reproductive health. The survey requires one response per person, takes about 1 hour, and RAND will also run focus groups to supplement the survey. Comments on this information collection are being accepted through February 27, 2026.
