Annual Electronic TA Report Requirement
Fifty State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) must continue using an electronic Technical Assistance (TA) Report submitted via FORHP's Data Collection Platform once each year, no later than 60 days after the end of each 12-month budget period. Each SORH report is estimated to take 13.5 hours to complete (50 respondents × 1 response each = 675 total annual hours).
Annual Data to Measure Grant Use
HRSA will continue collecting annual data from SORH grantees on (1) total number of TA encounters provided directly and (2) total number of unduplicated clients receiving direct TA, across three categories (information disseminated, information created, and collaborative efforts) by topic area and audience type. HRSA says this annual information is needed to measure effective use of grant dollars consistently among all grantees.
