First Responders Can Share CBRN Data
First responders and response organizations nationwide can create accounts in FEMA's CBRNResponder Network to share hazard-specific information for chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) incidents. Responders can join their local organization in the system to create a common operating picture and help streamline a unified disaster response.

FEMA estimates the collection will involve 2,550 respondents and 2,550 responses, with a total annual burden of 81 hours and an estimated total annual respondent cost of $4,031. The FIRM and FIS report are the basis of the floodplain management measures that the community is required either to adopt or to show evidence of having in effect in order to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
