If you run a private non-profit that provides essential government-like services in Bienville, De Soto, East Carroll, Franklin, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, or West Carroll parishes in Louisiana, you may apply for SBA disaster loans because of the severe winter storm that hit January 23–27, 2026.
