4 provisions identified: 4 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.
New Cabinet Option Added in NY11-5
If you colocate with Nasdaq ISE, the Exchange will introduce the same cabinet offering in its future expansion area NY11-5 that is currently available in NY11-4. The filing references an existing NY11-4 installation fee of $5,490 and indicates the NY11-5 fee is "TBD" and will be filed separately.
Five Power Options Extended to NY11-5
The Exchange will make five cabinet power options available in NY11-5 that were previously available only in NY11-4: Phase 1 20 amp 240 volt, Phase 1 32 amp 240 volt, Phase 1 40 amp 240 volt, Phase 3 20 amp 415 volt, and Phase 3 32 amp 415 volt. The Exchange will file fees for installation and ongoing monthly charges (the rule references an NY11-4 ongoing monthly fee value of $550 per kVA and will show "TBD" for NY11-5).
PDUs and Remote-Monitored Option Added
Nasdaq ISE will offer in NY11-5 the same standardized power distribution units (PDUs) already offered in NY11-4: Phase 1 PDUs, Phase 3 PDUs, and a Switch Monitored PDU Add On that allows customers to connect remotely to their PDU and control power sockets. Customers may also choose to provide their own PDU; fees for NY11-5 PDUs will be filed separately.
Pre-Ordering and Fee Timing Rules
The Exchange will allow customers to place orders for NY11-5 services in advance, but customers will not be fee liable for those services until they are granted access to their NY11-5 spaces for immediate use. The Exchange anticipates opening NY11-5 during the first quarter of 2026, and the Commission designated the proposal operative upon filing (filed March 5, 2026) so customers may place orders without the 30-day delay.
