Cboe One Premium Adds Twelve Levels (Five-Level Sunset)
Cboe One Premium will offer up to twelve (12) aggregated price levels per side in addition to the existing five (5) level feed, but the five-level Cboe One Premium feed will be sunset and removed by December 31, 2026 (with at least 60 days' notice). No Fee Increase for Expanded Levels
The Exchange states it does not intend to increase the fees associated with the BYX Summary Depth Data Feed or the Cboe One Premium Data Feed as a result of increasing price levels. Subscribers will not be charged a fee increase tied to this change, according to the filing.
Change Effective Immediately (Filed April 2, 2026)
The proposed rule change was filed on April 2, 2026 and became effective upon filing; subscribers to Cboe One Premium or BYX Summary Depth are already receiving the additional depth information. The Commission may suspend the change within 60 days if it deems it necessary.
