The Postal Service requested (accepted April 15, 2026) to add several standardized distinct Competitive products — PM-GA Contract 961, PM-GA Contract 962 (mid-market), PM-GA Contract 963, and PM-GA Contract 964 — and filed materials under seal. These requests are being reviewed in summary proceedings for addition to the Competitive product list, and the Commission will not seek public comment or appoint a Public Representative for those summary proceedings.
