HTS Conformance to WCO Rules

Medicaments Subheading Subdivision

The Commission proposes subdividing HTS subheading 3004.90.92, which currently has more than 70 subordinate statistical provisions (e.g., 3004.90.9201, 3004.90.9202, 3004.90.9203), into nine new HTS subheadings. Creating nine new subheadings will allow the establishment of additional statistical provisions for specific medicaments under the new subheadings.
