WebFCR Renewal Keeps Filing Requirement

If you need to transmit on a radio frequency that falls in the Aviation Assignment Group (AAG) band, the FAA is renewing approval to keep collecting your application data through its WebFCR website (webfcr.faa.gov) under OMB control number 2120-0786. The information collection is required for a proponent to obtain FAA concurrence under 49 U.S.C. 44718(c) and FAA Order 6050.32B; comments on the renewal are due by May 28, 2026.

Time Burden: 0.2 Hours Per Response

The FAA estimates about 4,800 respondents annually and an average burden of 0.2 hours per response, for an estimated total annual burden of 960 hours for the WebFCR information collection (OMB Control No. 2120-0786). The information is collected on occasion to support technical evaluations and aeronautical studies when a broadcast or transmitter frequency may impact civil aviation.
