Navy continues military housing data collection

The Department of the Navy will continue collecting information to operate the enterprise Military Housing System (eMH) suite of tools so it can provide relocation and housing assistance required by law (authorized by 10 U.S.C. 1056, 10 U.S.C. 2831, and DoD Instruction 4165.63). The agency seeks public comment on this information collection (OMB Control Number 0703-0066) with comments accepted through June 29, 2026.

HOMES.mil rental listings support allowances

HOMES.mil lets property owners voluntarily list rental properties to create a centralized inventory service members can view and request assistance from; the collected data also supports the calculation of housing allowances.
