ITC Finds U.S. Industry Harmed
On April 30, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of temporary steel fencing from China classified under HTS 7308.90.95, which the Department of Commerce found were sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and subsidized.
Determination Ties to Duty Orders
The Commission’s April 30, 2026 determinations reference Department of Commerce findings of subsidization and sales at less than fair value and refer to countervailing and antidumping duty orders on temporary steel fencing from China, and state that imports subject to Commerce’s affirmative critical circumstances determinations are not likely to undermine the remedial effect of those orders.
