Project May Be Authorized If No Timely Protest

If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time, the request will be considered by the Commission.

Motions to intervene must follow Rule 214 and explain your interest, such as landowner, ratepayer, or resident of an impacted community.
