If you operate or maintain ATR42-200, -300, or -320 airplanes, you must perform a special detailed inspection (SDI) of the flap asymmetry detection mechanism and accomplish any required corrective actions in accordance with EASA AD 2025-0087. This AD is effective June 18, 2026.

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 737 -300, -400, and -500 series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of nuisance stick shaker activation while accelerating to cruise speed at the top of a climb due to frozen angle of airflow (AOA) sensor vanes.
