OF-306 Continues for Federal Applicants
If you apply for a Federal job or a Federal contract job, you must continue to complete Optional Form 306 (OF-306) as part of pre-appointment screening. OPM says the form is used to decide acceptability for employment and to determine retirement status and life insurance enrollment; OMB renewal is requested without changes (OMB Number 3206-0182).
