Duty-free treatment for Haiti under the Haiti Economic Lift Program is extended through December 31, 2026, and the applicable percentage limit for preferential treatment after the initial year is set to not more than 1.25 percent of the aggregate square meter equivalents of all apparel articles imported into the United States for the most recent 12-month period for which data are available. These changes keep Haiti's preferential apparel access in place until December 31, 2026 with the stated 1.25% limit.
