Grants up to $5M Available to Colleges

Colleges and other eligible institutions of higher education can apply for Strengthening Institutions Program grants. The maximum award is $3,000,000 for individual development grants and $5,000,000 for cooperative arrangement development grants for a 60-month budget period.
