Mandatory BOEM Data Collection Renewal

If you are an Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) lessee, BOEM is renewing the mandatory information collection under OMB Control Number 1010-0081 for operations under 30 CFR part 582. BOEM estimates total annual responses of 44 and has increased the total estimated annual burden from 212 hours to 2,081 hours (an increase of 1,869 hours); collection frequency may be monthly, quarterly, or on occasion. The ICR states the respondent obligation is mandatory and reports no estimated annual non-hour (dollar) cost burden.
