Monthly Clock Service Charge $7,500
If you subscribe to Cboe Clock Service, the Exchange charges $7,500 per month for the Clock Service itself. That monthly fee includes a single 1 Gbps physical port and permits access for all eight Cboe exchanges.
One-Time HATI License Fee $5,000
Firms that do not use a Safran White Rabbit-enabled switch must pay a one-time High-Accuracy Timing IP Core (HATI) set-up fee of $5,000 per physical connection to enable the Clock Service. If a subscriber needs licensing for two connections, the firm would pay $10,000 total as a one-time cost.
Clock Service Fees Adopted
Cboe BZX adopted paid access for its new Clock Service effective May 18, 2026. The service is optional, available to Members and non‑Members, and subscribers may cancel at any time.
Optional Redundant Connection $2,500/month
Cboe offers an optional redundant Clock Service connection for $2,500 per month per 1 Gbps physical port; firms may purchase multiple secondary connections. Monthly fees (including additional connections) are prorated for mid-month starts; the proration does not apply to one-time setup fees.
30-Day Free Trial for New Subscribers
Cboe provides a 30-day free trial for first-time Clock Service subscribers; the trial applies only to the Clock Service monthly fee. Trial participants remain liable for any one-time HATI setup fee per connection and for any additional connections purchased during the trial.
