Analyzed Economic Effects

4 provisions identified: 4 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

Remove Unused Connectivity Options

Nasdaq Texas is deleting multiple external telco/inter-cabinet connectivity services (100MB, 1G, and 10G to Metro NY/NJ, Toronto, and Chicago destinations) from Rule General 8 because no customers have subscribed since on or about September 2025. The Exchange says this removal also eliminates the associated fees and that it does not expect any impact on current users.

Delete Obsolete Market Data Feeds

Nasdaq Texas will remove multiple market data feeds and services from Rule General 8 (including feeds such as Nasdaq OpenBook Realtime, NYSE Alerts, NYSE Trades, Arca Trades, OPRA, CME, and various TSX feeds) because no customers have subscribed to these feeds since on or about August 2023. The Exchange also proposes removing the associated fees for those feeds.

Drop Extra Data Center Services

Nasdaq Texas will delete two additional data center offerings from Rule General 8: the product titled "Cooling (Door) Fans" and a "Power Consulting Service (billed in hourly increments)." The Exchange notes no customers have used these services since at least on or about September 2025 and will remove their associated fees.

Update Voltage Terminology

Nasdaq Texas will update technical wording in Rule General 8, Section 1(c) (Power), changing references from "110 volt" to the industry-standard "110/120 volt." This change is presented as a non-substantive terminology update to align the rulebook with prevailing electrical standards.
