Obsolete Telco Connectivity Removed
Nasdaq is removing external telco / inter-cabinet connectivity offerings (100MB, 1G, 10G) for Metro NY/NJ, Toronto, and Chicago destinations from Rule General 8. The Exchange states no customers have subscribed to these connectivity services since on or about September 2025, and the removal includes deleting the associated fees.
Unused Market Data Feeds Deleted
Nasdaq will delete a set of market data feeds and services from Rule General 8 (including Nasdaq OpenBook Realtime, NYSE Alerts/Trades, Arca Trades/Arca BBO, OPRA, CME, CBOE, various depth feeds, TSX/TSXV feeds, and related access fees). The Exchange states no customers have subscribed to the listed market data feeds and services since or about August 2023, and their associated fees will be removed.
Cooling & Power Consulting Services Dropped
Nasdaq proposes deleting the additional services 'Cooling (Door) Fans' and 'Power Consulting Service (billed in hourly increments)' from Rule General 8, along with their fees. The Exchange notes no customers have subscribed to or used 'Cooling (Door) Fans' or the power consulting service since at least on or about September 2025.
Power Voltage Term Updated for Clarity
Nasdaq will update technical terminology in Rule General 8, Section 1(c) (Power) by changing references from '110 volt' to the industry-standard '110/120 volt.' This is described as a non-substantive terminology update to align with prevailing electrical terminology.
