ORF revenue capped at 82% of costs

Beginning July 1, 2026, Nasdaq ISE will endeavor to ensure ORF Regulatory Revenue does not exceed 82% of its Options Regulatory Costs. This limit is intended to prevent the ORF from generating revenue that would exceed a material portion of the Exchange's options regulatory expenses.

Options fee cut per contract

If you trade options on Nasdaq ISE, the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) will drop from $0.0092 to $0.0080 per contract side starting July 1, 2026. That is a reduction of $0.0012 for each contract side cleared on ISE and will reduce the per-contract fee you pay when using this exchange.
