New 4 kW Partial Cabinet Option (Option B)

NYSE Arca proposes a new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution bundle labeled Option B that would charge a $12,000 initial fee and a $19,000 monthly fee per bundle. The existing 2 kW bundle would be labeled Option A and priced with a $10,000 initial fee and a $16,500 monthly fee; the Exchange expects the change to be operative no later than October 31, 2026.

One-Bundle Limit and Footprint Limits

To qualify for a PCS bundle, a User may purchase only one Partial Cabinet Solution bundle; after purchase the User and its Affiliates must have an Aggregate Cabinet Footprint of no more than 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B. A requesting User must certify its Affiliates and that the combined footprint meets the applicable 2 kW (Option A) or 4 kW (Option B) limit.

Voluntary Purchase and Conversion Option

Purchase of any PCS bundle is voluntary and the price list is applied uniformly; an existing User, including one with a 4 kW dedicated cabinet, may convert to the 4 kW PCS bundle if it meets the stated conditions. The Exchange expects that offering the 4 kW option may attract at most a handful of new Users.
