New 4 kW Partial Cabinet Option
If you use NYSE American colocation services, the Exchange will add a new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (labeled Option B) in addition to the existing 2 kW bundle (Option A). The Exchange expects the change to be operative no later than October 31, 2026 and will announce the exact date by customer notice.
Exact Fees for Option A and B
The Fee Schedule lists specific charges for the Partial Cabinet Solution bundles: Option A (2 kW) has a $10,000 initial charge and a $16,500 monthly charge per bundle; Option B (4 kW) has a $12,000 initial charge and a $19,000 monthly charge per bundle.
Eligibility and Purchase Limits
To qualify, a User must purchase only one Partial Cabinet Solution bundle, must not currently have a Partial Cabinet Solution bundle, and after purchase the User together with its Affiliates must have an Aggregate Cabinet Footprint of no more than 2 kW for Option A and no more than 4 kW for Option B. A purchaser must certify affiliate relationships and the Aggregate Cabinet Footprint.
Product Is Voluntary; Limited Uptake Expected
Purchasing any colocation service, including the new 4 kW PCS bundle, is voluntary and the Price List is applied uniformly to all Users. The Exchange expects to obtain at most a handful of new Users as a result of offering the 4 kW PCS bundle.
