No-fault vaccine injury compensation

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program offers a no-fault system for people injured by certain childhood vaccines. To seek compensation you must file a petition with the United States Court of Federal Claims (the Secretary of HHS is the named respondent) and the Court appoints special masters who decide eligibility and compensation.

Petitions list published (May 1–31, 2026)

HRSA published a list of petitions it received between May 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026. The published list includes each petitioner’s name, city and state (or filer city/state if vaccination location is unknown) and the Court of Federal Claims docket number, with redactions where the Court has redacted names or case numbers.

Public may submit written information to Court

All interested persons may submit written information to the United States Court of Federal Claims about the listed petitions on two issues: (1) evidence that the illness or injury is not due to factors unrelated to the vaccine, and (2) allegations about conditions not on the Vaccine Injury Table or symptoms appearing outside Table time periods. Submit an original and three copies to the Clerk at 717 Madison Place NW, Washington, DC 20005, and a copy to HRSA at 5600 Fishers Lane, Room 8W-25A, Rockville, MD 20857, using the Court caption and docket number.
