Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company requests permission to construct and operate approximately 208 miles of natural gas pipeline and related facilities in Mississippi and Choctaw County, Alabama. The Mississippi Crossing Project would add about 177 miles of new 42-inch pipe, 22 miles of 36-inch pipe, three new compressor stations (95,700 ISO hp; 23,470 ISO hp; 63,800 ISO hp), four new meter stations, and other appurtenant facilities in the listed counties.
SSE4 Pipeline Loops and Compression Upgrades
Southern Natural Gas and Elba Express request authorization to construct about 22 new pipeline loops totaling approximately 291 miles across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia, add or expand compression at 14 existing stations, and add three new meter stations while modifying seven existing meter stations. SSE4 would also include abandonment of about 4.4 miles of an existing SNG lateral in Clarke County, Mississippi.
