You must apply by August 31, 2026. Interest rates for homeowners are 5.750% if you have credit available elsewhere and 2.875% if you do not.
Physical Disaster Loans for Businesses and Nonprofits
If your business or private nonprofit in the listed primary counties or the Oneida Nation tribal area suffered physical damage during April 13–23, 2026, you can apply for SBA physical disaster loans to repair property. Apply by August 31, 2026. Interest rates are 8.000% for businesses with credit available elsewhere, 4.000% for businesses without credit available elsewhere, and 3.625% for private non-profit organizations.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loans Open for Affected Areas
If your business, small agricultural cooperative, or private nonprofit in the listed primary or contiguous counties suffered economic injury from the April 13–23, 2026 disaster, you can apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). The EIDL application deadline is March 30, 2027. Interest rates for economic injury loans are 4.000% for businesses and small agricultural cooperatives without credit available elsewhere and 3.625% for private non-profit organizations without credit available elsewhere.
