Enforcement Case Against Vivace Ended

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated the enforcement proceeding (Investigation No. 337-TA-1415) against Dae Do Inc. d/b/a Vivace. The ALJ granted JBS Hair's unopposed motion to withdraw the enforcement complaint (motion filed June 9, 2026; ALJ Order No. 53 issued June 18, 2026), and the Commission decided not to review that initial determination (vote on July 8, 2026).

Remedial Orders Were Previously Issued

On September 29, 2025, the Commission issued a limited exclusion order and/or cease and desist orders against certain defaulting respondents, including Vivace, under section 337. Later, JBS Hair filed an enforcement complaint (Dec 18, 2025) and the Commission instituted an enforcement proceeding on January 22, 2026 to investigate alleged violations of those remedial orders.
