FY2027 Raw Cane Sugar TRQ Set

The USDA set the FY2027 in-quota aggregate quantity for raw cane sugar at 1,117,195 metric tons raw value (MTRV) for the period October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027. This quantity is the minimum amount required under the World Trade Organization Uruguay Round Agreements and will be allocated among supplying countries by the U.S. Trade Representative.

FY2027 Refined Sugar TRQ and Specialty Reserve

The USDA set the FY2027 in-quota aggregate quantity for sugars, syrups, and molasses (refined sugar) at 22,000 MTRV for October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027; 20,344 MTRV is for any sugars/syrups/molasses and 1,656 MTRV is reserved for specialty sugar. The FY2027 specialty sugar TRQ will open on a first-come, first-served basis on October 1, 2026.
