Five‑Year Review of PC Strand Duties

On July 9, 2026 the U.S. International Trade Commission began full five‑year reviews to decide whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Turkey and revocation of the antidumping duty orders on PC strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Ukraine, and United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The review affects importers, manufacturers, industrial users, and, if the product is sold at retail, representative consumer organizations; the Commission will decide whether those duty orders remain in place or can be revoked.
